Please take time to review all the FAQs!

  1. Click on the Member Login link
  2. Then below the login credentials chose “Not a member yet, click here to become one now”
  3. Then chose your choice of subscription (either monthly or yearly)
  4. Then enter all the data within the sign up form and choose “sign up”.
  5. Then follow the instructions to enter your payment information.
  6. If the system tells you your email is already in use, then just click on login and login and you will be rerouted to the sign up page.

These are the steps to login to your account at The Steele Report:

  1. On the home page, click on ‘Member’s Login’
  2. Then enter your email address and password in the fields.
  3. Then click the ‘login button’ to login. Note: You can click the “remember me” box if you would like your browser to store your username and information.
  4. If you have forgotten your password, click on the “forgot password” and follow the instructions to reset your password.
  5. If you have not signed up as a member yet, click here for instructions.

If you have forgotten your password to login to The Steele Report, follow the instructions below.

  1. Click on the Members Login link.
  2. Then click the “forgot password” link.
  3. Then, enter your email address in the field and click “Request Password Reset”
  4. Then check your email and click on the link to reset your password and follow the instructions. Please make sure to also check your spam folder.

To change your password, follow these steps.

  1. Login to your account at The Steele Report
  2. Click on “Account”
  3. Then click the “Change Password” link.
  4. You will then be taken to a page to enter a new password.
  5. Enter your new password.
  6. Click “Update Password”

  1. Login to your account at The Steele Report
  2. Click on “Account”
  3. Then click on “Subscriptions”
  4. Then click the “Update” link.
  5. You will then be taken to a page to enter your new credit card information in. 
  6. Then click the “Submit” button.

If you like to change payment type ie., credit-card to Paypal or vice versus, please Cancel your subscription and when the paid-up-to-period expires, return and login to your account and choose Subscriptions and then Resubscribe.

Please note: if you have have paid through PayPal, you will have to cancel your subscription there. 

Monthly Subscription Refund Policy: You may cancel future monthly billings at any time. No refund will be issued once the subscription is paid.

Yearly Subscription Refund Policy: You may cancel future yearly billings at any time. No refund will be issued once the subscription is paid.

STOP: If you have paid by PAYPAL, you will not see a cancel button in your account settings. You will need to cancel your account through PAYPAL.

How to Cancel Subscription in Account Settings if you have paid by Credit Card. 

  1. Login to your account at The Steele Report
  2. Click on “Account”
  3. Then click on “Subscriptions”
  4. Then click the “Cancel” link.
  5. You will then be asked to verify if you want to cancel your subscription.
  6. Choose Yes.
  7. Then you will be given confirmation your subscription has been cancelled.
  8. You will also be sent an email confirming your request to cancel your subscription.

Here’s how:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click Settings near the top of the page.
  3. Click Payments.
  4. Click Manage pre-approved payments.
  5. Click Cancel or Cancel automatic billing and follow the instructions.

If you do not see a “cancel” link inside your account then more than likely you are paying by PayPal. We cannot cancel your PayPal subscriptions, you will have to do this yourself. 

Here’s how:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click Settings near the top of the page.
  3. Click Payments.
  4. Click Manage pre-approved payments.
  5. Click Cancel or Cancel automatic billing and follow the instructions.

  2. Click on “Account”
  3. You will see an “Error” message below (see below)
  4. Click on the “Subscriptions” link within the error message box and then renew your subscription. 
  5. If it gives you a message “your email is already in use” then just click login and login with your same credentials and it will take you back to the payments page.

Some browsers or devices will not play videos. We recommend you switch to a different browser or use another device. Clearing your browser’s cache also can resolve these types of video issues. 

We are happy you enjoy Robert’s work, and while we appreciate your intentions to send information to Robert,  unfortunately the support form is for technical and account issues only. Please do not address comments or other unsolicited information using the support form. 
 
If you have comments, images or other information you would like to share with Robert, please find an alternative avenue in which to do that. Robert does not check the support tickets. He has a support team to do that for him.
 
We suggest you subscribe to The Steele Report and if you have a question for Robert, you can fill out the “weekly questions” form and perhaps your questions will be answered. Although we cannot guarantee your questions will be answered, it is the proper channel to ask questions to Robert. 

If you have unsubscribed globally from Robert’s email list, you can sign up again by visiting this link and adding your email back on the mailing list. 

Replying to Robert’s Daily update emails will not be checked. If you are in need of help, please submit a support ticket from inside your dashboard. We no longer use that email for support so your questions, comments, and replies will not be answered.
